"The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! We left around 3:00 am on 04/10/26 . Tried to get a refund but they declined . Chaffee Lodge is a JOKE & so is the long bearded fast talking lobby attendant ( "manager" LoL ) Also when my wife & I returned at 9:45 pm on 04/09/26 after visiting some friends the entire lobby & hallway reeked with the smell of weed . "

"Our family stayed at 19A for a post-Easter breather. The cabin is so lovely, you hardly want to leave. Still, we used the trail to hike all the way into Letchworth State Park (only a couple of flat miles--very accessible). The combination of a cozy place to relax with the access to adventure on the trail made this a place we will absolutely come back to. Amanda is a amazing and 19A feels like a place set apart. Every detail enhances the stay and makes the experience."

"This was first time using Vrbo, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However my expectations, were far exceeded. When we first arrived, the host was extremely friendly, and noted places to go and eat. When we arrived at the cabin, it was exactly how it looks in the pictures. He, once again explained everything in detail how allof it works. The host was very informative. The cabin it self was great, and private. The only noise we heard was the water going downstream. There was a train, nearby. However we barely heard it, and didn’t affect how we slept. The cabin was extremely warm with the wood stove. The host was always there if needed but left us to be. The bathroom situation may seem, uncertain at first. But was very simple to use, and it never smelled! Overall if you want a cozy, warm , romantic, simple place to getaway. This would be the place to be. We will definitely be back. "
