"The room was very clean. Had a little issue trying to turn lavatory facet off. Not much hot water one day, guess too many people taking showers. The next day no issue with the hot water."

"Room was clean but after inspection I could tell many things were wrong with the room. Dead bolt was broken and even with a door closed you could see light come through. Closet was behind the mirror and that was rusted behind. Check in staff was rude and didn't care for her attitude. Morning staff was wonderful and professional. "

"This hotel location was awesome as always. The only drawback this time was I wasn’t aware that they had removed the personal coffee pots from the rooms themselves and so therefore, in order to get morning coffee, you have to go downstairs to the lobby to get it. I understand the movement for recycling, reducing, reusing, etc., but having a fresh cup of coffee in your room ready to go when you get out of the shower is also a very nice experience. So I did miss that part. It will not deter me from coming back in the future at all because we have family near Cannon Air Force Base, and we will still be visiting and staying here from time to time."

"I’m sure management was trying to be nice by putting a single traveler into a suite rather than room with one bed. BUT the 2 rooms are huge and the television so far from the bed that it wasn’t possible to watch from bed Access to the rooms facing inside is limited and not convenient at all when I left early. I had to walk a long way with baggage to get to the car."

"Absolutely best place to stay for us big enough. It’s has two living rooms. The kitchen was wonderful. The beds are so comfortable Wonderful communication with the host."
