"Evora was a fantastic stop on our trip to Portugal. The location of this hotel is idea for exploring the historic section of the city. It is a short walk to the exterior walls of the historic center. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. Small but important irritant - water. Two small bottles of water are provided. Evora in the summer time is sweltering. We tried to get water at night. There was nothing at the front desk. The vending machine didn't work. The person working in the evening had no access or no interest in finding water in the restaurant or bar."

"The location was great, easy walk to restaurants and friendly staff. Removal of 1 Star was due to the fact that there was construction that starts around 8am with no heads up, our room was one that had an exit door to the street, which probably as per requirements needed an illuminated green light! If you are a light sleeper and require total darkness like me, best make sure you don’t have one of those in your room! No electric charger on site for car as noted on list of amenities (Evora shopping mall is your best bet there)! Everything else was great!"

"This is a Hilton and Hiltons in so many parts if the world so often have the drawbacks of their American corporate parent … like charging to much for amenities. Really annoying. Also, the location isn’t great. I did think that the staff was very good … particularly liked the front desk person who spoke a number of languages and was currently studying d Chinese. So, as is often the case, people make up for some deficiencies in other areas. I should add that there did not seem to be better options in Évora location wise."

"Exceptional! Never gave a boutique hotel a chance before and I am so glad I did!! Staff was so helpful and kind!! Honestly the 1st stay I feel good about since our stay. They suggested best restaurants, and things to do. Best part of our trip and a must see town💕"

"Great location for touring all the major sights. Limited parking - first come first serve for 5-6 spaces. Street parking with meters (coins only) is available nearby. Staff member will show you where to park on a map. Breakfast was good. Room with city view was great in a very cool historic building. Room A/C was very weak but after a few hours the room was comfortable. Mattress was great, room was clean, all good."

"Receptionist was friendly and respectful. Our room was neat and clean the bed was comfortable the air conditioning worked well. Staff were very friendly and polite especially the breakfast crew. Breakfast was very good lots of choices. The location could not be better! Walking distance to all the museums churches and wonderful shopping and restaurants."
