This hotel is in a fabulous location in Porto within easy walking distance of Bolhao Market, the main shopping area, the tour departure point. There are restaurants and bars all around. The room was immaculately cleaned and very modern. Serviced daily. Tea and coffee making facilities were well used! Loved the free water in the fridge daily. The staff were great. Very accommodating when we arrived super early, allowing us to change and leave our bags safely. Food and coffee shop was also great. We didn’t try the restaurant (but wish me had). The upstairs bar and pool/sunbathing area was fab again with attentive staff. The only criticism I had was that they needed more/ larger lifts. One was frequently malfunctioning and the other often so full you couldn’t get in. A minor issue. Everything else was fab!

Excellent Hotel. Easy check in with the helpful staff at the front desk, with lockers to store luggage until check in time. Everything works in the room/apartment, very clean and organized. Clear communication with the hotel from booking to check-in/out.
Close to public transport and several landmarks. Small grocery and a restaurant next door with awesome breakfast.
Check out was easy with Pedro who was very helpful on giving us tips to travel to the airport.
