"My family booked from 28Jul-02Aug(5nights). After we get in to the apartment, first--the Wifi is not working, second--the AC is totally not cooling(like didn't clean AC for long time)(and we cannot open the window because many mosquito outside the garden), third--there are used bedsheet & used pillow inside the cabinet.
