"Clean and will maintained. Location is excellent. It's in walking distance of Temple Square, City Creek Mall, Gateway Mall, Delta center, and the Salt Palace. It's also right next to a trax station and the downtown district is free fare. We spent the weekend in the downtown area and never had to use our car or pay for transport. (Although parking isn't free). Only critical feedback is just that the front counter staff just seemed to be doing the job. Not real friendly or welcoming. Staff I encountered in the halls or elevator were very friendly though."

"The location is excellent, with easy access to many of Salt Lake City’s most popular landmarks. Overall, the hotel was pleasant and we had a very enjoyable stay. A few areas could be improved: the air conditioning unit was quite loud, the shower drained slowly, and the door lock felt a bit outdated and required some adjusting to work properly."

"The entire hotel was clean, neat and comfortable and breakfast was fine. We do have one complaint. We booked this hotel because we have an EV. When we arrived for the evening 4 of the 6 charging stations were in use and the other 2 were broken. It appeared from the signage that they had been broken for some time. I would highly recommend that this issue be addressed quickly. This necessitated our finding a public charger and paying a considerable amount. Otherwise everything was fine."

"This property is currently under construction which has a negative effect on the quality of the stay. The hotel was also hosting an event in it's venue. The activities of this event was celebratory and noisy resulting in a restless stay. The bed was uncomfortable in my opinion. The room door would not lock and could be opened from the outside without the key. I was told the parking was free but I was asked to register my vehicle on their parking app. After my stay i got an invoice showing a 16$ charge for parking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property management needs to offer discounted rates while it is under construction. My room for one night was 196$ with taxes and fees. The parking was 16$. I would recommend staying at a different property until the construction updates and remodeling are finished. "

"Fridge was broken, smelled terrible. Heard a barking dog all evening. Across the hall. Staff were very nice though. Fan in room was so loud and old, couldn't sleep with it on so it was so hot in room. "
