Loved the hotel, central for everything. Spa was lovely.
Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!

I have stayed here before and place has gone downhill since. The AC did not work and they need to do maintenance to the place. Pretty loud too

"Nice gem In berat having the pool. No issues with loungers even though do allow outside guests to rent beds. Parking super easy especially for Albania! Staff accomodating when have issues. Some issues with cleaning with nasty stains under loo, electric radiator not working, limescale and other small ..."

Wonderful Getaway!
"A quick overnight stay, but it was in a lovely area with a lovely view. The fromt desk was helpful, the room huge, and aside from a rooster crowing ar 4:30 am, our trip was great. Really nich breakfast on the rooftop terrace was perfect - a great view, great weather, and good food."
