"Booked our stay at the Royal Victoria Hotel for the purpose of hiking up Snowden.
This was a great choice as the hotels location was ideal, being a few hundred yards from the start of the Llanberis path. The hotel itself was very clean, staff super friendly, and the room met our needs. Car parking wasn't a problem as the car park has ample space, and as previously mentioned, is a stone throw from the start of the path we would take to the summit.
Eating was good, choice of the restaurant or simply eat in the bar area with all the usual choices you'd expect, fish and chips, steak, pies or vegetarian options. Buffet style breakfast served from 7am, with plenty of choices to suit most people.
Overall really happy with our stay, and will be returning in the future.
A defiant for hikers or even folk wanting a quiet scenic get away, recommended!"
