If you are parking in the lot they suggest, pack very light. Bit of a walk in and a few sets of stairs.

Supposed to be a bed & breakfast there was no breakfast.
On Expedia it said breakfast excluded.
On hotels .com showed picture of breakfast.
Very disappointed. B&B means breakfast."

Host Rosalba has thought of everything. In addition to kitchenette/dining area, there's even a washing machine and drying rack. Easy check-in and check-out. You can't go wrong with this place. 10 out of 10. Hike La Rocca, you won't regret it.
