Apartment 'Apartamento Da Rocha I' with Shared Pool, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

Here is some useful information that you should bear in mind during your stay:



The apartment has a smart lock, so due to the sensitivity of the equipment, the door should not be left ajar or closed brutally. If you have any doubts about how it works, please contact us and we can send you a video of how the smart lock works and how the sofa bed opens. When you are inside the apartment, the door must be opened using the manual handle located above the smart lock.



The hot water is supplied by a water heater. I therefore urge you to take short showers and not leave the water running when you lather up. It is advisable to take a 10-minute break between showers (the time it takes for the water to dry and heat up again).



Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.



Access to the swimming pool is expected to be open from June to September. When it is in operation, you will be given a code, which you must inform the security guard of when you access it, associated with your apartment number and block (Block 1 - Apartment 817).



1-bedr. apartment in a condominium with concierge and 24-hour surveillance, 300 meters from the beach at Praia da Rocha (5-minute walk), close to all kinds of shops, no need for a car to get around.



Adult and children's pools with water slide in the summer.



Inserted in the Clube Praia da Rocha condominium with games room, bar and indoor and outdoor children's area.

Living room with sofa bed, Led TV and kitchenette with balcony. Bedroom with a large double bed, LCD TV, closet and access to the balcony. Complete bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with: crockery/cutlery, ceramic hob, water heater, microwave, fridge, grill and small appliances (iron, toaster, hand blender, etc).



Free parking around the building. Linen and towels are not included, but can be hired for an extra fee.
