The terrace is 25 m2.Ideal for those who want to stay close to the Beach, but in a quiet area.Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, etc.NOTE: Only 4 people are admitted (including adults, children and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.Note:- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use.
