Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 10 metres from the beach.Property composed of: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, large kitchen, living room with 2 sofa beds (2 individual beds together and a chaise longue), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs and lounger, to enjoy your holidays.At a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX:According to applicable municipal legislation from 14 March 2024 for all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.Note:- The fee is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over.- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use. Fabulous apartment in great location for beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything you need for a hassle free holiday is available in the apartment and if not Nuris2U provide it on request. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. It was a clean en big appartment! Although the appartment was close to the clubs, we didnt heard the noise. Have better/darker curtains. It got really light in the morning because the curtains let a lot of light trough.

Excellent location very noisy.

We really enjoyed the location of this property it is a beautiful large one bedroom, but because it is on the pedestrian street the noise level every night from night clubs and the traffic noise throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep and could not open windows due to noise to get fresh air at night.

Large apartment all rooms are very spacious. Close to numerous restaurants, grocery store on lower level. Everything you need is within walking distance. Parking was a challenge but manageable.

Boa localização e apartamento bem renovado

Gosto da localização e das condições do apartamento no geral O Isolamento da porta / janela do quarto tem que ser melhorado (até os cortinados mexem com o vento mesmo estando fechada). Muito barulho durante a noite (além do barulho dos bares até tarde, tem o barulho do camião dos contentores do lixo). O espaço do terraço está desaproveitado e podia ter por exemplo uma pérgola com uma mesa para se poder desfrutar de uma refeição ou pequeno almoço no terraço

Newly renovated apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Playa da Rocha. Furniture and kitchen equipmnet are new and good quality. Not so nice surprise was that electricity and water was not included in the price of rent. It was not mentioned in the advertisement. There is construction work going in the building, sometimes even at night. The owner could not help in this matter but asked to call police.

A um pequeno passo da perfeição ....

Alojamento que nos faz sentir como estando em casa, com todas as comodidades que temos no nosso dia a dia. Limpeza, atendimento, localização, preço e simpatia de todos muito acima do normal. Aconselho vivamente... Só faltava as vistas sobre a praia :) mas mesmo assim quase se ouvem as ondas dada a proximidade com a praia. Excelente!! Nada a apontar.
