The quiet area, the simplicity, the very mellow ambience, the appearance of the hotel, and the kindness of the staff added up to an unexpected and unparalleled experience for us. What a gem. "Absolutely wonderful stay. Everything is as described. Clean. Perfect location. Small parking lot next to their building. The breakfast was expansive. The staff were all so friendly even though I don’t speak any French. 100% would recommend and stay here again. Get the ocean view room. "

"Super location for all the fabulous beaches and there’s everything you need close by like a supermarket and a small but very good choice of bars and eating places. Room was small but really modern and very clean with comfy bed and a sea view which was worth the little extra cost. All the staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you want to head out of the little town itself you would need a bike hire or car as its a bit remote and taxis are hard to come by and expensive - but we ended up just walking up and down the miles of beaches. We were a bit concerned about it being above 3 bars but don't be, they aren't rowdy places and sound proofing is excellent - actually we ended up liking the buzz of people chatting in the restaurants whilst sat on the balcony."

"My first room had a horrible smell. I was told they have it when it is windy. Too bad there is always wind in Sete. I had to argue to change it to another room. I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again."
