Hyatt House Portland/Downtown
Parking via valet is only real option. This is a deal breaker for me as it limits your car availability to a set start and end time each day. Breakfast was okay, but not great. Only 2 coffee spots made it very hard to get coffee.

Overall stay was good. I did not like the the policy of cleaning room every third day. Would have been better if trash and fresh towels were adressed daily.
