With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, and groups of travelers. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly, inviting connection and laughter. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen, gather around the dining table, or unwind in the cozy living space. Just minutes from downtown Gresham and PDX, this home blends modern design with small-town charm.

Relax in the spacious living room with a 65` smart TV and streaming, comfy seating, and plenty of natural light. Media stand full of games and decor. Perfect for cozy movie nights or board games with friends and family.

Primary Suite: King bed with plush linens for a restful night. Blackout curtains and an accent chair for more comfort. Inside the master bathroom we have a standing shower, two sinks, and a spacious master closet for all your clothes.

Second Bedroom: Queen bed, bright and cozy. A comfortable bean bag and beautiful decor. Creating a fun and cozy space.

Third Bedroom: Queen bed, blackout curtains, and beautiful decor sets the relaxing mode.

Fourth Bedroom: Located on the first floor, it is a guest bedroom. It has a Queen bed with blackout curtains for any additional guests that tag along.

Single-car garage with a Level 2 EV plug (not a full charger) and a two-car driveway.

This neighborhood is in the up and coming part of Gresham. It is less than a mile form Gresham Downtown. The neighbors are quite and friendly. We have Cascade athletic club just across the street if you are looking to get a quick workout in and a brand new library opening soon.
You are welcome to feel like you are at home and enjoy everything the place offers.

- Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, away from the house, and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

-Shoes: Please remove your shoes and leave them in the entryway.

- Pets: We allow one pet. It must be with the owner at all times. Pet`s are not allowed upstairs. Owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet.

- Parties are not allowed.

- Overnight Guests: Only guests listed on the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.

-Early check in and late check out requests: We are unable to confirm early check-ins or late check-outs until the day of your arrival or departure. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. On the day of your arrival or departure, please let us know your preferred check-in or check-out time. If it exceeds a 30-minute window, a $50 fee will apply, which we share with our cleaning team to coordinate your request.
