We were unable to reach anyone from either the property or Vrbo who could help at the time, so we had to spend part of our vacation finding another place to stay. Communication was difficult throughout the process. We booked through Expedia, and because the reservation was processed through Vrbo, we were unable to receive messages or check-in instructions. "Thank you! It was perfect for us and I really appreciate how clean everything was. For the first 15 minutes we were concerned that there was no air conditioning until we learned that most of Portland is not air conditioned and it was not an issue even though there was a heat wave. We were out most days doing things and at night it got cool and we could open things up and the fans did a wonderful job. It was cozy and restful each evening to come back to."
