Granny Flat in leafy SW Portland

  • One bedroom flat above house with separate entrance and private deck. Close to freeways to quickly get around Portland and all the beautiful and unique sights of this city. Less than 3 miles to trendy Multnomah Village. Minutes from downtown Portland.
    The space
    We keep the unit very clean and, due to allergies in our family we do not allow animals of any kind, including service animals. The Vrbo policy clearly states that we may exclude animals from our listing if they pose a health risk to the host, which is the case with this listing.

    Private apartment above family home. Secured separate entrance.
    Other things to note
    Please note the bathroom is an ensuite. Access is via the bedroom.

    There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a large twin built-in day bed in the living area. Please let us know if you would like the day bed made up.
