  • Welcome to this charming three-bedroom cottage offering a peaceful stay in Happy Valley. The warm and inviting living space is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Portland area. A nicely equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and gather around the table with family or friends. Each bedroom provides a comfortable and quiet retreat for restful nights.
    The third bedroom, to clarify, has a small futon that folds into a bed, best suited for kids. There is a full-sized bed (mattress only on the floor) as the main sleeping option in that space.

    This cottage combines cozy character with modern convenience for a relaxing Pacific Northwest getaway.

We liked the location, close proximity to shopping and I-205. The house was very clean and in good repair. Great appliances and a nice little private patio. Very good layout and spacious. A big plus was the garage. Very quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish! The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the atmosphere felt so relaxing and welcoming. You can really tell a lot of care goes into this home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

The house was clean, except the garbage disposal smelled bad and didn't work. The neighborhood the house was in was a little "iffy" looking, but we didn't have any problems. In terms of it being somewhat like being at home, it was pretty sparse; not a lot of kitchen wares or comfortable furniture. The batteries in the smoke alarm started chirping at 1:30 am. We scrounged around for batteries until my wife finally found two double A batteries in her travel lighted makeup mirror. The mattress in the primary bedroom was very uncomfortable; a too soft memory foam mattress. You sink into it and you feel like you're in a ditch you can't roll out of. Communication during our stay was good.
