This home offers an incredible location combined with style and comfort. Sitting just a couple minutes walk from the Quatama MAX stop, you can take the light rail to anywhere in the region. Intel, Nike, Planar, and countless other companies are just minutes away.

Downstairs has a wonderful open floor plan that the whole group can enjoy. The dining room table can expand to seat about 10 people and the cover can be flipped over to green felt for games. In back, you can enjoy the enclosed back space with seating and the BBQ. There is a gas fireplace to enjoy seasonally as well. The garage has been transformed into a wonderful game space with ping pong and more!

Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms with new beds and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time. There are two full bathrooms one of which is the master bath and the other sits conveniently near the other three bedrooms.

The convenience of this location is unparalleled. You are just a couple minutes from multiple grocery stores. There are tons of shopping options at the Streets of Tannasbourne. If you enjoy golf, check out Pumpkin Ridge, The Reserve Golf Club, or Topgolf. Sitting just two miles from the freeway you can be anywhere in the region with ease. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Amazing stay!

We enjoyed our stay, and our family loved the quality time we could all spend together in the living room/kitchen area. The game room was also ahit for the whole family. We will definitely br back!

Perfect for our family visit

The house was clean and comfortable for our visit. So easy to get to the light rail station. We were very happy with our choice to stay here during our visit to the Portland area.

Plenty of Room for the Family

Brought the family to the Portland area for a visit. The property met our expectations and had plenty of room for everyone to have space but also hang out downstairs, whether it be outside or having dinner together, or hanging out watching TV. Would consider staying again at this property in the future!

Beaverton home near a Tri Met transit station

Our family gathered for Thanksgiving. The house was spacious enough for us to cook, play games, watch football and cook meals. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was also a quiet street. We walked to and from the transit station to ride into downtown Portland, Washington Park, and Beaverton. Check in was seamless. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice property. It was clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The game room was a nice area to hang out. Only negative was that the patio was a little overgrown. I would recommend this property.

Exceptional Stay

They had wonderful amenities! Extremely communicative! Willing to work with us and accommodate late checkout for a small fee (which actually was a small fee). Great location! Very peaceful setting! Loved getting to play ping pong and foosball with my son. Great experience!

The house was as described. Worked great for our family of 6 adults and 1 infant. The game room in the garage was fun could have used some space heaters out there though.

Great location

The house was spacious and had plenty of seating for our group. The beds were comfortable and the house had plenty of amenities. Not much outdoor space (which we didn't need on this trip). The washing machine might need a repair but when I let the property manager know they were very responsive. More towels and kleenex would have been a bonus. Overall, we would stay again. Thanks!

Great Location, would stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights with family for my daughter’s graduation at nearby Pacific U. Great spot near restaurants and shopping. One minor issue was a lack of silverware it was quickly addressed by the host. Games room in garage with ping pong was a blast. In terms of improvement there were a few burned out bulbs in the bathrooms, no kettle, no Kleenex, no garbage bags. All very minor so would strongly recommend the 229 as a place to stay.

Nice Home

The house is nice, clean and each room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a specific theme. Unfortunately, we had plumbing problems in every bathroom. There is only a large TV in the living room and a small one in master bedroom, so would have preferred the rooms had their own TV, but I learned this the week before checking in. So my bad for not checking. Also they didn't provide enough towels for the entire family for our week stay, 8 people and 6 towels & 2 dish towels. Also keep in mind, if you are traveling with elderly people or people that are unable to go up stairs, There are steps to get in the house and all bedrooms are on the second floor. But other than that everything was nearby, the neighborhood was quiet and charming and the house was nice! Great family trip!

STAY in Portland OR for Julie's wedding to Lee

No tv for manic sports fans. Repeated calls to host were to no avail. Men went to Best Buy for cables etc. many hours later, tech folks arrived to deal with situation. Otherwise, completely comfortable stay in lovely 4 bdrm, 2 1/2 bathrm home. Front door egress may be tricky for low sighted folks. Quite a drop down to pavement. Handrail would be useful. Very nice neighborhood.

Beautiful well appointed home

This home was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture is comfortable. It is a very comfy home. There were a few issues that should be taken care of immediately. When we arrived and walked in there was a stench of dog urine. The upstairs bedrooms and hallway had urine spots. This home is listed as no pets so it's my guess that the renters prior to us snuck in a dog or two and the carpets need to be professionally cleaned. We purchased a couple of diffusers and opened up the house and were able to get most of the stink out of the house. Pictures show a Keurig coffee machine but there isnt one. There is also a gas fire pit shown in the back yard that doesnt exist. With all that said, I still gave an overall rating of 4 stars. I'm certain that the owner/management company was unaware of the dog urine issue because everything else was perfectly clean. I would 100% rent this property again.

Highly Recommend!

We came in town for a wedding and found this rental nearby. It was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was super cute and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The garage was outfitted with foosball and a ping pong table which the kiddos loved! The customer service team was very nice and helpful as well. Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to book it again next time we are in Portland!
