Perfect for flexible, extended stays, each apartment features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and 9' ceilings. Step outside to the Willamette River Trail or head to nearby Pearl District and Alphabet District for shops, dining, and nightlife.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
