Modern Loft Hideaway in SE Portland

Welcome to Hideaway on 28, a light-filled, newly built retreat in Portland’s walkable Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood. This 725 sq.ft ADU blends modern design with cozy charm, featuring soaring ceilings, a lofted queen bedroom, and thoughtful details throughout. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax with a sunset view over the West Hills, or stream your favorite show from the loft. Built with care by us and once our family’s home, this space is full of heart. We are excited to welcome you.

Tucked behind the main house, our standalone guesthouse offers peace and privacy with its own entrance and a secluded side yard. The main floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. The open-plan layout flows into a sunny living space and a comfortable queen bed, while upstairs, a second sleeping area features another queen bed and a TV for winding down.

Outside, enjoy your own BBQ area and perfect for evening meals or a quiet cup of coffee. Planning a longer stay? Our place is ideal for traveling professionals and those relocating to Portland, with quick access to OHSU, Providence, PSU, and local parks and cafes.
