Oregon Jade Lodging: Specious two bedroom, EV charger, green space

Oregon Jade Lodging: West Linn is the top two most favorable residential areas in Oregon. The guest units is newly remolded, in the beautiful, friendly and upscale neighborhood by a stream. Tesla charger available after 10pm with prior arrangements. Guests have private entrance, private deck facing back yard with full grown trees and separate outdoor sitting area. Enjoy the beautiful environment but close to town- only 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 5 minutes from freeway down north or south Oregon. No full kitchen.
City of West Linn only allows short term rental to be legal when owners live onsite. So we live upstairs. Because VRBO can’t collect city and county tax there will be 12% additional lodging tax to be collected after the booking is confirmed.
Due to insurance and safety issue, please do not invite any unpaid guest for gathering.
