The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the fully renovated kitchen, dining area, and family room, making it easy for everyone to stay connected. Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, the home is entirely on one level—ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

The home includes three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is a peaceful haven, complete with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and ample closet space. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Cedar Hills

Exceptionally clean. We didn’t cook but kitchen is well stocked with equipment and utensils. Location is great for Beaverton/Portland area.

Exceptional home away from home

Just seamless. Our entire family had to stay elsewhere during our home renovations and this house was perfect. Well stocked and spacious. Absolutely spotless. Great neighborhood. Cozy and Quiet

This house was so warm, cozy snd relaxing. It was very peaceful and quiet and we really enjoyed our short stay. Definitely would recommend and great to have two separate living areas in case kids want to watch their own tv and parents have their own entertainment and tv area. Very clean. A great place to gather after stressful days!

My 2 sisters, niece and myself had the opportunity to stay at the Peppertree Ranch while helping our elderly parents move into a care home, and it was SO nice to come back to the house at the end of the day to relax, spend time together and discuss ongoing things that we still needed to accomplish! We utilized pretty much the whole house, and had no complaints!

Comfortable and great space for a family

The layout is really nice and spacious - Open floor plan was nice for visiting with family. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay here very much. Loved walking to Commonwealth Lake and revisiting our old stomping grounds. Everything was clean and we had everything we could need.

Great House and Location

Overall the place was great. It was roomy, clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and it's right in the heart of Beaverton so finding restaurants and stores is very convenient.

Perfect home for out short trip!

Came to drop my niece off for college. So close to her dorm, easy access in and out, lots of shopping and restaurants near by. House was perfect for our group of 5 and a pup. Would stay again!

A VRBO worth the money

This VRBO is in a quite neighborhood and in a great central location. Everything was as described, very clean, and met all of are expectations. Great place for also bring a dog with the fenced in backyard.

Great Area, Super Nice Host and BIG Area for Families!

Our overall stay was good and appreciated the host, the area was safe and close to everything. Our only gripe would be *i’d say some of our fault* dog hair on clean sheets and couches. Though like I said I saw pet friendly, though there is a charge. It should cleaner we think, could be just us. Some outlets are loose and not working when we did try to plug in electronics. Dryer is seriously LOUD! At least there’s a solid door. And hallway bathroom shower needs some attention, to turn it on was difficult because it was extremely loose. Probably loose behind wall. Overall it was nice!
