Spacious 5-bedroom house in Vancouver with nice decks and beautiful view

A modern place, recently remodeled with great views of the Columbia river from the rooftop deck, with the hot tub. The pleasant neighborhood and the house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac a few blocks to the river. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy, the traffic won't make a huge difference - however proximity to hwy makes it somewhat noisy. Going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. The sleeping areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too.

The host was wonderful, quick to answer msgs, solve problems and welcoming. The house was worn out, carpet dirty, sheets and towels were awful, oven and dryer were weak and performed poorly, shades wouldn't open, lamp was taped together, wires stick out of outlets, pool table missing pockets, peeling paint. It was spacious and had nice upgrades in some places, good supplies in kitchen but needs a lot of work.
