The upper floor, permitted as an Airbnb, includes a custom kitchenette, a bathroom with heated floors and a clawfoot tub, in-unit laundry, and a newer mini-split system—ideal for extended family or additional income.

Montavilla is a sought-after neighborhood known for its friendly community, local shops, and proximity to parks like Mt. Tabor. Residents enjoy easy access to farmers' markets, dining, and cultural attractions, making it a perfect blend of urban convenience and suburban tranquility.
