"Nice big clean room but there was no light in the shower and no instructions of how the shower worked, tried for about 15 minutes but gave up in the end. Had an exceptionally nice meal in the evening and a good nights sleep. Although pre warned there was no breakfast at the pub and we had to go to a café and farm shop around the corner which wasn't brilliant as we couldn't take the dog inside the café so we had to sit outside, it was bloody cold but thankfully not raining. Everything got cold...

"The staff here care about you and treat you like family (I got a flat tire in their parking lot at night and they helped me call my rental car agency and helped me through the process all the way). The building and rooms are lovely and comfortable with many little touches that make it feel like home. "

"The staff at the Fox were extremely friendly. The Room was a good size and bed comfortable however one of our rooms had very steep eaves which restricted movement without leaning over. The food was good standard pub food, as was the breakfast, without hitting any heights, hence 4 stars, but service was excellent."

"At £95 for the night I felt this was a bit much for the room I had. Bar staff were nice, no WIFI in the bedroom. A bit quiet in the bar, owner was busy on lap top and no music, not very atmospheric. The village is beautiful though"

"We were meet by lesley at the bungalow after letting her know rough time we would arrive. She had put the heater on to warm us up as it was wet and cold out. She showed us around it has everything you would need for a get away. Fresh clean towels nice fresh bedding on all the beds. Milk and water in the fridge,.She even managed to save us a trip to Weymouth to get gluten-free fish and chips by recommending a local place that delivered. And they were great fresh thick chips. Nice quite location...
