"Lady was rude when I tried to check in at 140pm. She said that I would have to pay an extra $20 for the 1 hour and 20 minutes because check in was at 3pm. There were no cars in the parking lot so it was not as if they were busy. I have checked in there before, twice, around that time and was not required to pay extra. She had a bad attitude. However the male desk attedant that worked the next day is always very nice and accommodating. "

"Room was nice enough and good location. But had booked for 5 days for work trip and it got cancelled after first day and they refused to credit ANY money for remaining 4 days. "

"The check in was easy and quick. Our rooms and the premises were immaculate. The breakfast was plentiful and had lots of variety. The only downside was that there really wasn’t any place to hang or put things in the bathroom or vanity area and the water pressure was very weak in the shower."
