Although it was not so easy to locate, and a little out of the way, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A very good value! A good selection of fast food close by. No coffee in room but the coffee in the lobby was really excellent! The door to the bathroom has too many coats of paint and will not close easily. Personnel were professional and courteous. Would stay there again.

The location is great and the staff were very nice but the rooms are outdated and dirty. The bedding had cigarette burns in it and the towels are very, very old and dingy. We cleaned and disinfected the room before touching anything.

A good value for the price

We needed an overnight stop. This was the best we could do in this town. The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but shabby. The towels were clean but old and had been washed too many times. The tub was clean but stained. Overall a good experience and exactly what we needed for the price we paid.

My stay at Springfield, Inn

It was not great, but it was not bad either. It was clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. No breakfast they advertised. They need to upgrade their bath towels and use some softener when they wash them. It is located near Lowe's, Wal-Mart and numerous Restaurants. I have no problem staying there again.

Room was nice and clean however went to take a shower when we got in for the night and there was no hot water. Thats the only complaint i have. Other than that the Ladies at the front desk were nice when checking in. If id complained about it they probably wouldve tried to solve the problem i dont know. I was so tired i just went to bed. May try holiday inn next time.
