Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. Bayfront Apartments unit 812 is misleadingly advertised as a one-bedroom when it is actually a cramped studio. The layout was absurd,the bed was literally next to the stove and sink, making the space uncomfortable. The AC unit did not work, and the entry door was broken, which is unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. The bathroom was tiny, poorly maintained. When I contacted the host, Love, to report these issues, she was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to help. There was no effort to resolve anything or offer a reasonable solution. Because the unit was so bad, I returned the keys and rented another apartment in the same building, which was clean, comfortable, and properly maintained, proving this experience was one of the worst experience I had with a host. If you care at all about cleanliness, safety, or honesty, do not book this place.
