Generally speaking, a decent hotel...Room is comfy, close to all the fun stuff in the historic neighborhood of Porto Alegre.....The surrounding neighborhood has some pretty sketchy parts, but the street folk aren't too annoying... I've seen far worse parts in other big cities in Brazil. This is pretty tame by comparison....Out time in PA is very brief. When we come back in the future, we'll definitely consider this place again.

The staff was unfriendly and did not speak any English. During check-in, they did not inform me that breakfast was included or provide the Wi-Fi password. The room was also not clean—there were long hairs everywhere. Throughout the night, a compressor—possibly from an air conditioning unit—turned on about every half hour and made a lot of noise, making it impossible to sleep. I stayed for two days, and each day the key card for my room stopped working. I had to return to the reception desk every time to have it reprogrammed

Hospedagem horrível

Foi uma experiência péssima, quartos não tem isolamento acústico, não consegui dormir bem, somente depois das 2h da madrugada, e a patir das 4h já começava barulho de pessoas nos corredores, movimentação de móveis. Horrível. Troquei de quarto 3 vezes , mas foi inútil. Inclusive na primeira tentativa de mudança fui questionado por 3 vezes e tendo que provar a situação de barulho. Atendimento péssimo, peesoss fa recepção mal educados.

Ótima estadia

O hotel fica numa excelente localização do centro histórico. Fica do lado de uma área militar bem segura, há poucos metros da Casa de Cultura Mauro Quintana. O hotel é simples, mas estava tudo funcionando perfeitamente e o banheiro era novinho. Minha única observação é o café mesmo, com pouca variedade, mas não me fez tanta falta. Quando voltar a Porto Alegre com certeza ficarei lá novamente

Quarto bem espaçoso. Hotel fica no centro, perto de tudo. A cama é um pouco dura mas, honestamente, não me atrapalhou em nada. O quarto estava limpinho e cheiroso. O café da manhã tem bastante opções.
