The hotel is right in the historical center of town and was walkable to events. But it is run down- mold in the bathrooms, paint and plaster peeling off the walls. There were bugs, and the sheets weren't clean. But the staff was very, very kind.

Tem potencial para melhoria.

Ovos frios o maioria do tempo não tenha, não tenha suco, mesas sujos, mais que bom que estão pintando as paredes do sala de comer. Fico mais lindo. Só precisa mais organização de limpeza na sala de comer, e de alimentos, mais frutas, Troque a toalha de mesa se estiver suja. O banheiro no quarto #601 precisa ser remodelado, a tinta está caindo das paredes e a grande prateleira está instável. Mas eu gostei do quarto. Foi tranquilo e confortável, o pessoal da recepção é gentil e prestativo.

A experiência foi boa e o preço é acessível. Local limpo, café da manhã delicioso. Não é um local chique de 5 estrelas, mas tem o seu conforto. O hotel fica localizado bem no centro, sendo me oferecido quarto com vista para a rua. Desde o check-in ao check-out fui bem atendida. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

✨ O hotel realmente possui uma excelente localização, o que é um ponto muito positivo. No entanto, senti que a estrutura já demonstra sinais claros do tempo. Os móveis do quarto onde fiquei estavam bastante desgastados, o que comprometeu um pouco o conforto e a experiência. A cama de solteiro também não ofereceu o descanso esperado. 💬 De forma construtiva, acredito que uma renovação nos quartos e mobiliário traria um salto enorme na qualidade do atendimento, tornando o ambiente mais acolhedor e convidativo. O potencial é grande, mas falta um toque de cuidado e modernização para que o hotel esteja à altura da boa localização que tem. 🌟

Muito boa a acolhida dos funcionários no hotel, todos muito queridos. O quarto tinha alguns questões como as tomadas soltas, geladeira bem barulhenta. O banheiro com a pintura ressecada e que caia. Precisa ter alguns talheres também disponíveis no quarto pois como não tem a possibilidade de jantar acabei pedindo um lanche e na hora d e comer não tinha nada no quarto para auxiliar.

Quando chegamos o quarto estava com um cheiro terrível de cigarro, e o colchão era extremamente velho, sujo e estava cheio de ondulações. Péssima estadia!
