Apart for Thiago at the reception and Paulo from cleaning, the staff seem unhappy. My apartment had problems with the Air con (too old) I had problems with the toilet and it took a while to be solved. The rest of the staff not friendly at all.

Localização muito boa, aspecto geral do hotel também. Café da manhã variado e muito saboroso. Academia é melhor do que aparece nas fotos, apesar de um aparelho estar interditado. Pode melhorar: travesseiros e lixeira do banheiro (o pedal não funciona mais, então acabava por virar a lixeira toda).

Hotel muito bem localizado. Arquitetura do casarão é um charme a parte. Quarto confortável. Usei o restaurante do hotel na primeira noite, e foi uma ótima escolha. Espaço para o café da manhã é um pouco pequeno, mas os funcionários são prestativos e ajudam na limpeza das mesas.
