Great location by the river. Quiet room. I would have liked a selection of pillows but the bed was fairly comfortable. Staff was very helpful. There is a wide selection of choices for breakfast.

The property was beautiful and we had a comfortable, spacious, modern room. We had drinks and dessert and the staff was great. They also reached out in advance offering to arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. They were knowledgeable and friendly. We had a nice balcony and view. There was a rooster nearby as we were in a neighborhood otherwise pretty quiet area. The alley to our hotel was very narrow and we had to walk a bit to get near the sites and majority of the shopping and restaurants. I loved the property and recommend it, just wish was closer to things we wanted to see and do.

A wonderful hotel! Great location, beautiful room and the restaurant was excellent, especially breakfast, The staff was both friendly and professional. During our trip we stayed at four boutique type hotels and this was by far the best. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel das Virtues! This was our first time in Porto and I would absolutely stay here again whenever we come back. The staff was incredible, I've never experienced such great service. They were hands on from the moment we walked in. They were even able to make us reservations for a local winery tour that was initially sold out! Not to mention the room itself was outstanding. Beautiful, comfortable and even included a sweet welcome gift. The attention to detail was unmatched. Thank you for an incredible stay!

This hotel is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Porto. There may be a little initial confusion as to how to get to the hotel. Taxi may drop you pretty far away if not properly instructed. Best way I found, was being dropped off and picked up at Igreja de Sao Pedro de Miragaiar, and walking from there(only about 200ft/60 meters or so). From the food, drinks, accommodations, and service, the stay was amazing. Be sure to check out the rooftop. Will be back.
