We had a great time staying here during our trip to Elba. The roof has a great view of the water and the town. It was also very clean and had everything we needed. It’s also in a great location with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

For å ta det positive først- veldig fin beliggenhet og fantastisk utsikt. Gode senger og velfungerende aircondition.Men annonsen og bildene er utdaterte. Leiligheten mangler mye vedlikehold og fremstår slitt og utdatert. Veldig begrenset utstyrt kjøkken, manglet mye et normalt kjøkken skal ha (f. eks.en kokkekniv). Men det tenker du ikke over, for kjøkenet er som badstue og veldig slitent.Adkomsten til kjøkken og terrasse er opp en utrolig trang og bratt vindeltrapp - er du av den store typen risikerer du å ikke komme opp!!Søppelsortering er greit, men ikke når det mangler poser eller en form for søppelkasse i leiligheten. Hele søppelopplegget var elendig.Pergolaen på terrassen manglet skikkelig tak/skygge og dette er en stor mangel. Det sto også at det skulle være solstoler på terrassen, det mangler, i tillegg til at spisebordet var helt ødelagt!Dette stedet kunne ha vært en utrolig perle, men er slitt og bærer preg av mangelfullt vedlikehold.
