The apartment is equipped with accessories such as internet and air conditioning, barbecue and washing machine, tv, outdoor shower with hot water.

unit shares the garden with another one-bedroom apartment, while
outdoor shower and barbecue are exclusive. Pets are not allowed.

The one-bedroom apartment is independent. It`s introduced by a big gate that opens into the shared garden. It has a raised furnished porch with dining area, barbecue and outdoor shower in the garden.
The apartment consists of dining room and kitchen with electric oven and tv, 1 four-bed room
with double bed, two twin-sized bed and air conditioning and 1 bathroom
with shower. The air conditioning in the corridor of the sleeping area
is enough to cool the whole apartment. Moreover, there is an outdoor
laundry area.
The surroundings of the apartment in Porto Cesareo
The
one-bedroom apartment is in a quiet area of Padula Fede, seaside
location between Torre Castiglione and Punta Prosciutto, north of Torre
Lapillo, on a street that is adjacent to the seafront promenade. The
holiday homes are 350 meters away from the sea and a small sandy beach.
The
closest beach establishment, with restaurant and café, is 600 meters
away. The beach establishments are Lido delle Sirene and Lido Baron
Beach. Moreover, the it is also near the beach of Punta Grossa and the
tourist village Punta Grossa with disco, bowling alley, restaurant and
pizzeria.
The complex is 3
kilometers away from Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto, with their
amenities such as supermarket, newsstand, tobacco shop, fish shop,
butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, urgent care and church.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Water supplied by tank.
- Parking is located in a fenced garden adjacent to the villa.
