Cheguei uma hora antes do check in , não consegui um voo para chegar após as 14 horas e não anteciparam minha entrada no quarto (mesmo não sendo obrigatório, quem trabalha com turista precisa ter essa flexibilidade para garantir conforto aos hóspedes).
