The hotel is excellent with well maintained installation. The staff was very helpful specially Ricardo. The check-in was also very quickly and were very helpful across. The breakfast personnel were also great. The menu option was very good for us since it had Benedict eggs which I love. Overall we recommend the hotel. The only issue was that the safe box was not working correctly.

Had a really great stay at the Eurostars - would definitely recommend.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout, and the location is excellent for getting around with easy access to both the metro and train. There are also plenty of good local restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was really nice, with a wonderful big bed that was super comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. My only minor negative was that the floor in the bathroom was quite slippy when wet so you had to be careful. Overall though, a great hotel and I would happily stay again.
