"Proximity to the train station was great and 10 minute walk to restaurant’s. Staff was friendly and continental breakfast was good. Bonus was free shuttle to the port terminal."

"This room met our needs and with the reasonable price we would stay there again. The only disappointment was they put us in a disability room and as a result we did not like the low sink, the mirror was too low, and the shower was not a stall but part of the full bathroom floor, where much of the room got wet. Very good room for the right customer. Since it was a one night stay, we did not make a fuss. The breakfast buffet was above average with variety."

"Hotel stated they had A/C in listing but was told the city wasn’t allowing them to use it to save energy. I looked for that information on line and couldn’t find anything about that. We loved the place but it was HOT for sleeping."

"Had a great time before going out in our cruise. Really great location. Only a 15 minute walk to the main palazzo. It was nice and comfortable enough. The room was quite hot, but I think it’s just not what we are use too, bed was okay. Definitely an easy process to get to from the train station."

"NH Ravenna is in a great location, right across from Dante's grave, a beautiful church, many grocery stores within walking distance, pharmacies, ATMs, and quite a few five-star restaurants (reservations on weekends required). The rooms are clean and sparse, but good for Europe. The bed is hard, which is typical of Italy. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff were wonderful. The rooms are not insulated, so bring a fan or noise maker, and the air conditioning is shut off at night (fall/winter), but you can open the window for night air. On weekends, the hotel restaurant is NOT open, and the bar is only open for short periods on Friday and Saturday—closed Sunday. But many wine bars are within easy walking distance. Make sure you walk away from the Train station area, which is somewhat of a questionable spot; walk towards the old town, where, as a solo, I felt safe."
