Fabulous apartment with 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a sofa bed that can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
Living room with a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwicher, magic wand, electric coffee maker and all basic cooking utensils. Full bathroom with shower and hydro-massage column and hair dryer. Internet with free Wi-Fi and TV with several national and international channels. It has a balcony over the entire width where you can rest or make small meals.
Perfect for two couples, small families or groups of friends.
It has everything to provide a truly comfortable stay.
The city of Oporto requires the payment of a municipal tax, called Tourist Tax. The price is € 2.00 per person per night, there is a maximum payment limit of 7 nights per person, and children up to the age of 13 do not pay a fee. This fee will be charged to the apartment on the date of entry.

A Hospitable Environment

Marie was very kind and even drew us a map with suggestions of places to visit. She explained to us everything we needed to know about th place and left no details hidden. Theres reliable internet, TV, heat, and plenty of warm water. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a decent place to stay near the center of the city.

HĂŒbsches Appartement mit Verandablick sehr zentral gelegen und alles fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Einweisung und direkte Hilfe bei der kostengĂŒnstigen Parkplatzsuche durch die Vermieterin. Der Tisch in der Diele/ im KĂŒchenbereich kann beidseitig ausgeklappt werden ohne zu stören. Viele praktische Ausstattungen vorhanden. Perfekt!

Great Accommodation!

Our one week stay at Maria’s flat was perfect. The location couldn’t be better, with all the beauty of Porto in easy walking distance, and for adventures further away there is a Metro station just around the corner. Provisioning is easy with great neighborhood shops just steps from the flat. The flat itself is complete with everything you might need, very clean and comfortable. But the best thing about staying here is your host. She will meet you at the flat to check you in, making sure you know how to operate everything and are comfortably settled in. She can refer you to great restaurants and give you tips about the neighborhood. She makes you feel like you have a friend in the city. I knew that if I had any need during my stay, that I could call Maria. Couldn’t be better!

Recomiendo la estancia en este apartamento.

El alojamiento es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Estaba muy limpio y disponía de todo lo necesario. Pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado. Camas cómodas y buena ubicación. La anfitriona fue muy amable . Es un alojamiento genial para pasar unos días en Oporto.

This is a comfortable appartment with a homely feel, lovely hostess (Maria) and nice sunshine on the back porch area. Has everything you need, including fully equipped kitchen with coffee (important ;))

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, zentral gelegt und Maria war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Es ist wirklich "very comfortable and fully equipped". appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente, silenzioso e ideale per girare in tutta comoditĂ  il centro.

Maria Ăš una padrona di casa fantastica, ci ha accolto con gentilezza, disponibilitĂ  a darci tutte le informazioni e pure con un regalo! Superba anche nello scambio di informazioni prima del nostro arrivo: risposte immediate e puntuali per farci sentire sempre tranquilli. La casa Ăš un gioiellino, c'Ăš tutto e tutto pulitissimo e per soddisfare me che sono molto puntigliosa ce ne vuole. La casa Ăš vicinissima al centro e noi ci siamo mossi sempre a piedi. il supermercato Ăš a circa 200 metri e ci sono negozi, ristoranti, metro e stazione dei taxi a 5 minuti a piedi. Consiglio questa casa e Maria a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza bellissima a Porto.

Nous venons de passer une semaine Ă  Porto, sĂ©jour qui fĂ»t trĂšs agrĂ©able . Concernant le logement tout d'abord : Merci beaucoup Ă  Maria, qui nous a accueillis avec gentillesse, merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue et les conseils (on mange trĂšs bien Ă  O Campo, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'appartement) . L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, tout prĂšs du mĂ©tro, trĂšs calme, d'une propretĂ© impecccable, rien ne manque, il est agencĂ© de maniĂšre ingĂ©nieuse et la petite vĂ©randa est trĂšs agrĂ©able . Nous recommandons vivement cette location . Sinon, Porto est une ville surprenante, attachante, oĂč l'on se sent bien . La nourriture est bonne Ă  prix attractifs, chaque quartier est bien diffĂ©rent . Bref, nous sommes enchantĂ©s de notre sĂ©jour et la qualitĂ© du logment y a beaucoup contribuĂ© .
