Be aware it is on a street with restrictions, our Bolt didn’t have a problem the second day but the first day we were going in loops to try and get there. Other than that it was quiet, clean, spacious. I don’t think anyone else was staying there to be honest but there was an elevator. Please note the receptionist has set hours so if arriving before / after communicate, they answer quickly. Checkout was super easy and quick as well.

Very well located. The front desk is limited, as mentioned on the site, reception is only available until about 5:30pm, so if you plan on baggage storage you may be better off renting a storage locker. They give a small, very nice bottle of port wine and have them on display in the lobby, but you are unable to purchase as a souvenir. The rooms are very spacious and clean. If you want to use the fold out bed, let them know in advance because they lock it.

Nicely located. Metro close by but central enough to walk to pretty much anywhere. The room was very nice though I felt the a/c could have been better. It was an unusually hot few days and it's just a preference to have a chilly room. There is no 24 hours person at the desk so you pin code into the building.

The location was great and felt very safe, and check in was easy, but the communication was slow. We did not have a way to use the Murphy bed which we had intended on using (it was locked), tried to reach out for help, and never got a response.

Goncalvo was a terrific city guide and gave us a lot of good recommendations for sightseeing and was an excellent host. For our next visit we will stay here again also because of the central location.
