Your Seaside Retreat and Location
Enjoy a modern and bright apartment, thoughtfully designed for your holidays or business stays. The space features a fully equipped kitchen, and for your convenience, we provide beach towels so you can make the most of the ocean. During the summer, you can also enjoy a fantastic heated sand pool nearby. The location is truly privileged, allowing you to find supermarkets, local shops, and the well-known Ar D’Mar Esplanade—perfect for enjoying a sunset cocktail—all within a short walking distance. The surrounding area is very well served by public transport, with bus stops just a few minutes away and direct connections to the centers of Gaia and Porto, while services like Uber and taxis are also easily accessible. You will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, including the balcony and the garage. Our team will always be available to help during your stay and share suggestions, and there is also a digital folder in the apartment with useful information to explore the region at your own pace.

Check-in, Check-out, and Access Conditions
To ensure everything goes perfectly, it is essential that you inform us of your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the agreed time, the host may have to leave, and a new appointment will be required subject to our availability. Check-ins after 10:00 PM require prior confirmation and incur an extra cost of €25. Likewise, failure to comply with the check-out time requires a payment of €25 for each hour of delay. Please note that all guests must present a valid ID upon arrival, stays by unaccompanied minors are not permitted, and the house amenities are for the exclusive use of registered guests. We also inform you that a city tax is applied to all guests staying in properties in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Amenities, Services, and House Rules
During your stay, we provide a towel set (bath and hand towel) per guest. For longer stays, we offer a change of bed linen and towels every 7 days. If you would like extra towels, these cost €10 per set. It is also possible to request an extra cleaning service for €50 per stay, and to accommodate children under 2 years old in a crib with prior reservation and a cost of €30. We kindly ask you to treat the house as your own, leaving everything as you found it and placing the trash in the appropriate bin. We promote the sustainable use of resources, so excessive consumption may be charged. Please also note that subscribing to TV channels not included in the basic package will be charged as an additional service.

Important Care and Environment
It is very important to take special care with the keys and the garage remote, as their non-return or loss implies a fee of €100 each. If you leave the keys inside the house during your stay and a trip is required to open the door for you, an extra fee of €50 (on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM) or €100 (on other days and times) will be charged. Finally, please be aware that the weather in Portugal can be hot and humid at certain times of the year, which sometimes favors the appearance of small insects. Although we use regular pest control services, we cannot guarantee the total absence of an occasional insect, nor offer refunds for this reason. We ask for your cooperation to prevent these situations by keeping doors closed, properly disposing of garbage, and responsibly storing food.
