This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Porto. My suitcase didn’t make the flight and the staff helped navigate the complexities of getting it delivered for the rest of my trip. I loved this hotel. It was beautiful and the staff were amazing

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. The lobby and amenities, the restaurant, and the room were all wonderful. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the city! The sights, shops and restaurants are very walkable. The alley that it is in is so cute and aesthetic! The breakfast is also top notch and we all enjoyed the pool, hamam and sauna! Don’t think twice and book this hotel!

Don't look for another hotel - just book here. Fantastic 5 star hotel in the best location. Reception staff all very friendly. Shout out to Rae who checked us in and showed us around the hotel facilities. The rooms are very comfortable, as is the bed. Enjoyed having the large bathroom with two sinks - made sharing a bathroom very easy. We also used the indoor leisure facilities. Pool a bit chilly but loungers comfy. Food at this hotel was tasty and not over priced. We are hoping to stay again very soon. Thank you for looking after us so well.
