Property management and owner are awful and do not care about the client whatsoever. I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom unit with river views. Was put in a tiny studio with street view. They rented the unit I booked and paid for to someone else. They wanted to charge me more than the listed advertised price on vrbo for the studio they put me in. I ended up canceling and going with a different company and rental.
