Welcome to the stunning apartment, a true oasis in the heart of the city! Nestled on the 1st floor of a modern building, this luxurious residence offers a perfect blend of contemporary design and tranquil outdoor living.



It has 35 m² and it accommodates 3 people, since it has a sofa bed in the leaving room and a double bed in the bedroom.



As you step out onto the beautiful terrace, you are greeted by an awe-inspiring view that stretches out before your eyes. Perched high above the city, the terrace offers a breathtaking panorama of the urban landscape below, where you can enjoy a nice and quiet meal while looking at the city.



It has 1 fully equipped bathroom with a shower, including a hairdryer.



The kitchen has a fridge, oven, stove, microwave/grill and a coffee machine.



It has access to cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and iron. The building has a washing machine available for all guests to use.



You will have access to the entire apartment and amenities, without any restrictions, and on an exclusive basis.
