Lovely modern apartment with high ceilings and well furnished Was a little musty on arrival due to being a little below ground, but OK after windows leftnopen for a while.

The worst accommodation of my life!As soon as we opened the door the musty smell of humidity hit us and then we saw many humidity marks and even black mold around corners and inside furniture (we never put any clothes in the closets!)Also the floor had several planks curled from the moisture and therefore a trip hazzard.The apartment was also very hot. We thought ok, we can survive as long as there’s a working a/c
 wrong! A/c did not work for the entire 8 day throughout the entire stay (including a 4 day heatwave) despite of multiple calls and promises that we were a priority for technical service.Wash machine was also broken and never fixed. They said they ordered spare parts but never gave an estimate of when it would be fixed.The apartment is on the first floor next to a very active street with no side walks. So, if you open the windows to cool a bit at night, it’s at your own risk because all kinds of cars and people pass by your window at arms length.I short, this apartment is not ready to be rented to anybody. The mold needs to be cleaned, the a/c needs to be fixed, the appliances need to be checked and fixed, the floor needs to be fixed and a strong dehumidifier needs to installed.Even then, be aware that when you step out of the door you do so to a very active street with no sidewalk, so it’s risky.

En gĂ©nĂ©ral,dĂ©cevant.Il y avait une odeur d’humiditĂ©.Puisque les fenĂȘtres sont basses au niveau de la rue,impossible des ouvrir la nuit ou pendant notre absence.2 AC qui ne fonctionnent pas.Des stores Ă©lectriques qui ne fonctionnent pas.Cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e au stricte minimum.MĂȘme le tire bouchon Ă©tait brisĂ© ! Aucune Ă©picerie proche mais on a aimĂ© rester Ă  GaĂŻa

Appartement trÚs bien placé

Appartement situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  pied des quais de Villa Nova de Gaia, avec beaucoup de restaurants et Ă  20 min Ă  pied du centre de Porto c'est pratique. Mais appartement bruyant au rez de chaussĂ©e d'une rue passante de voitures et travaux ( au moment de notre passage) peu de possibilitĂ© d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres (peu lumineux) mais la clim est disponible.
