The apartment is really nice for 3-4 people. The neighbourhood is calm, not so touristy, which is great for a good night rest. Otherwise, the apartment is very well located, at 20 min walking distance to both downtown Sao Bento and outskirts Campanha train stations). We had some technical issues but the team was very reactive and everything got solved promptly. Very spacious, bright, clean and with plenty of storage space. We will definitely consider getting this same apartment, should we come back to Porto!

Unfortunately we can not reccomend this appartment for stay, overcharged, seems like the cheap hostel value where long did not has investments and man hand work. Everything you touch is broaking. The car parking downstairs is so great challange, be careful from the gate which has no sensor driving out, especially when the road up is wet after the rain. Ammenities for 4 people staying 3 nights were more than the joke - micro 1 pouche of salt, sugar, vinegar, instant cofee and Porto map, postcard, the best was note - it will be sufficient for your 1st evening stay! 😉 The only good think is great location and 3 windows in the guest room.

Por poner una pega, es una lástima que sólo disponga de una ducha. Éramos 6 personas y esto nos obligaba a organizarnos de otra manera. No obstante, ya lo sabíamos antes de ir. La propiedad no engañó en ningún momento.

Communication avec le gérant désastreuse

J'ai loué auprès d'Abritel et en fait c'est un sous traitant qui gère ...s'il y a un soucis on les appelle et nous découvrons après qu'il s'agit d'un numéro surtaxé ...génial avec un portable ...nous avons eu un soucis de coupure électricité et d'eau ...je les ai donc appelé et nous avons attendu 1h30 avant d'avoir l'électricité et 2h pour l'eau ...à 17h30 jusque 19h30 sans électricité il fait un peu noir et sans eau on ne peut pas faire ni douches ni à manger ...j'ai demandé un geste à l'entreprise sous traitante qui bien évidemment ne me répond plus car nous sommes rentrés en France ...très déçu de cette expérience qui aurait pu être bien car l'appartement est bien situé et propre mais le contact dès qu'il y a un soucis déplorable ....je demande à être remboursé au moins de mes frais téléphones en ayant appelé ce service qui n'est pas indiqué comme appel surtaxé ! J'ouvre une réclamation auprès de Abritel et souhaite avoir un retour favorable
