The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils, inviting you to prepare delicious meals. A wooden dining table awaits your culinary creations, ideal for intimate dinners or leisurely breakfasts.

The living area, featuring a plush blue sofa, is a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Porto. Large windows fill the room with natural light, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. An air conditioning unit ensures comfort year-round.

Adjacent, the bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and lamps for a tranquil night's rest.

Though there's no elevator, the third-floor vantage point offers a unique perspective of this vibrant city.

Guests have access to the entire studio, located on the third floor of a historic building. Please note there is no elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your stay. Just so you know, this is a personal home, so please treat it as if it were your own.

This studio is nestled in Porto's vibrant Cedofeita district. Known for its artistic vibe, this area is a hub of creativity with galleries, unique shops, and an eclectic mix of restaurants and bars. Immerse yourself in local culture and enjoy the vibrant nightlife just outside your door.

The studio is well-connected by public transport. Trindade Station, a major metro hub, is a short walk away, offering easy access to Porto's main attractions. Several bus lines also run nearby, providing convenient options for exploring the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
