Large windows fill the room with natural light, while the dining area, featuring a round table, provides a cozy setting for meals or planning your next adventure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including an electric stove, oven, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare everything from breakfast to a home-cooked dinner.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and soft lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the modern bathroom features a spacious shower, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor. Please note, there is no elevator available, so be prepared for some stairs.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A stylish and centrally located apartment in Porto, set on the famous Santa Catarina Street, one of the city's main shopping and cultural avenues. Guests can step outside and explore a vibrant mix of cafés, traditional restaurants, local boutiques, and iconic landmarks, all within walking distance.

Nearby attractions include the iconic Capela das Almas, the historic Mercado do Bolhão, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, and the world-famous Livraria Lello. The picturesque Ribeira and the Douro River are also just a pleasant walk away.

With excellent public transport connections, including nearby metro stations, it’s the perfect base for discovering Porto’s rich history, architecture, gastronomy, and lively atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bolhão (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, C, E and F), is approximately a 3–5 minute walk from the property, providing easy access to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is about a 10–12 minute walk from the property, offering convenient rail connections throughout the region.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
