The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a heavenly queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is the perfect location to explore the city. The Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum and Chapel of Souls are all within reach. For a relaxing spa experience, The Yeatman Hotel is nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and bars, including Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, Postigo do Carvão Restaurant, Taylor's Port, Jimão Tapas e Vinhos, and Restaurante Mineirão - Cais de Gaia. There is also a café, Café Guarany, in the area.

The apartment is conveniently located near several stations. The closest station is São Bento Station, which is only an 8-minute walk away. São Bento is also only 8 minutes away. Other nearby stations include Jardim do Morro (1.1 km), General Torres (1.6 km), and Campanha (2.8 km). This is an ideal location for anyone who needs easy access to public transportation.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
