Welcome to my studio!

This 80m² studio is located on the ground floor and is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Please note that access to the property requires going downstairs and children are not allowed.

The living room features two comfortable armchairs for relaxing and unwinding, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The living space features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

Step outside to the charming garden area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a quiet meal or a glass of wine under the stars.

And when you're ready for a dip, head to the shared swimming pool for a refreshing swim.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A short walk away, you’ll find Jardins do Palácio de Cristal (Crystal Palace Gardens), one of Porto’s most beautiful parks. The gardens offer stunning views over the Douro River and are the perfect spot for a peaceful afternoon stroll or a picnic while enjoying the scenic vistas.

For those interested in the arts, the nearby Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis houses an impressive collection of Portuguese art and sculptures, giving you a taste of the city's rich cultural heritage. The area is also close to Casa da Música, Porto’s iconic concert hall, where you can enjoy a wide variety of musical performances, from classical to contemporary.

Rua do Campo Alegre is also home to several faculties of the University of Porto, giving the area a lively and academic atmosphere. This makes it a great location for anyone visiting the university or seeking to experience Porto’s intellectual side.

If you’re looking to explore Porto’s historic centre, it’s just a short bus or metro ride away. Visit landmarks like the Clérigos Tower, the Livraria Lello, and the picturesque Ribeira district along the Douro River.

The area around the property is well-served by public transportation, including bus routes that connect you to Porto’s main attractions. For dining, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering both traditional Portuguese dishes and international cuisine.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, D.Pedro V, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
